“While I may be the first woman in this office, I will not be the last, because every little girl watching tonight sees that this is a country of possibilities.”

November 2020, Kamala Harris was elected the first woman and the first woman of colour to be elected vice president of the white house next to Joe Biden. In her remarks, Harris paid tribute to the women across the country – and throughout history – who made this possible. This milestone marks the extraordinary arc of a political career that has broken racial and gender barriers at nearly every turn.

This month we celebrate strong women and girl power. You go girl!

We look forward to seeing the first woman VP in the White House, long may it last!

A daily reminder that you got this!
