About Us
Nestled in the heart of the city's bohemian West End, Pink Poodle is the ideal destination for some serious retail therapy. Tucked away from busy Byres Road, on Cresswell Lane, our boutique sits on the Instagram worthy, fairy-lit Cresswell Lane.
Nothing makes us happier than a customer leaving feeling smiley, uplifted and happy with their purchase. It may be cliche, but we like our customers to feel more like friends, whether that involves an honest opinion on an outfit, sourcing the perfect gift for a loved one, or just recommending the best place to go for cake or a cocktail when you're all shopped out! We don't want that personal touch to disappear online - from styling tips to sizing advice, we're always available for questions or queries.
Our Story

Serving the West End of Glasgow for 25 Years
Founded in the early 2000s by Tracy Kinnaird, Pink Poodle first opened its doors on Byres Road and quickly became a household name for Glaswegians. From stylish students and glamorous grannies to chic celebrities, Tracy’s playful approach to fashion turned Pink Poodle into a destination boutique that helped reshape Glasgow’s independent retail scene.

A New Home in De Courcy's Arcade
In 2016, Pink Poodle found its forever home in the cobbled charm of Cresswell Lane. Nestled behind our iconic pink shutters, the boutique evolved to include sentimental lifestyle gifts and jazzy jewellery alongside our trademark fashion finds. Whether you’re hunting down the perfect present or a head-turning outfit, Pink Poodle remains a go-to spot for locals and visitors alike.

The Pink Poodle Experience Today
Now proudly serving the West End for over 25 years, Pink Poodle continues to bring colour, humour and individuality to Glasgow shopping. If you’re making a list of things to do in Glasgow or exploring independent places to shop in Glasgow, make sure you wander down to De Courcy’s Arcade and discover us. More than just a boutique, we’re a little slice of Glasgow character — come for the style, stay for the smiles, and leave with something unforgettable.
