UK Shipping Information

We ship all UK orders via Royal Mail Tracked services. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Delivery Options:

  • Tracked 24 (First Class) – £6.00
    Estimated delivery: 1–2 working days
  • Tracked 48 (Second Class) – £4.50
    Estimated delivery: 2–4 working days

Free UK Shipping:
We offer free Tracked 48 delivery on all UK orders over £75.00.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, and you will always see the total before placing your order.

Additional Information:

  • Orders placed before 5pm are processed and dispatched the next working day.
    • Please note: Orders placed after 5pm on Friday will not be dispatched until Monday afternoon.
  • Deliveries are made between 7am and 6pm; specific time slots cannot be guaranteed.
  • A signature may be required upon delivery.
  • Please retain the receipt included with your order.
  • We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or shipping agent addresses.
  • In some cases, orders may arrive in multiple parcels.

International Shipping Information

We are pleased to offer international shipping to a wide range of destinations.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Europe: 3–5 working days
  • Rest of World: 7–10 working days

Shipping Costs:
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, parcel size, and weight.

Customs, Duties & Taxes:

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees once they reach the destination country.
  • These charges are not included in our shipping fees and must be paid by the recipient.

  • If an order is refused or returned due to unpaid duties or taxes, shipping costs will not be refunded.
