Returns & Refunds Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags attached
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

Please do not send your return directly to the manufacturer.


Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns on:

  • Gift cards
  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers)
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
  • Selected health and personal care items

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Items returned with signs of use
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
  • Items returned after the 30-day period

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@pinkpoodleboutique.co.uk with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photographic evidence of the item, packaging & external packaging.

We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund, including any shipping costs where applicable.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–7 working days for the refund to be processed

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your card provider (processing times may vary)
  3. Contact your bank

Sale Items

Only full-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged.

Gifts

  • If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit once the return is processed
  • If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a tracked or insured service for items over £75, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned goods
